| Firm Background: Stephan H. Peskin is a Past President of New York State Trial Lawyers Association (1993–1994). He is a nationally recognized lecturer and author. His works have been published by Matthew Bender, Lawyers Cooperative, Mitchie, Trial Lawyers Press, and numerous law journals and professional periodicals. He has been a member of the American Association for Justice Board of Governors since 1984 and has been the chair of the Tort Section, Criminal Section, Governors Compliance Committee, and Budget Committee. He is the Vice President of Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. and was instrumental in its organization. He presented the first case before the Special Master and in addition secured the third-highest award for another 9/11 widow. Both cases were handled pro bono. Peskin is currently a member of the TLC Advisory Committee as well as the Organization Review Committee and the Medicare Secondary Payer Committee. | ||
