| Firm Background: Patrick is a nationally recognized mass torts litigator who has obtained a number of significant victories for his clients, including a large-dollar wrongful death judgment and a precedent-setting federal appeal. Patrick has served as co-liaison (lead) counsel in the Texas Winter Storm Uri litigation, and on the plaintiffs’ steering committees for the Paragard IUD, Abbott infant formula recall, and acetaminophen ASD/ADHD products liability litigations. Before entering practice, Patrick spent several years as a professor of law, with scholarship appearing in the "Connecticut Law Review," the "Utah Law Review," and the "Arizona State Law Review," among others. Between law school and teaching, he did doctoral work at the University of Oxford on the regulatory role of litigation. | ||
