Firm Background: Johnson Becker, PLLC primarily handles catastrophic and/or complex plaintiffs’ products liability and personal injury cases, with an emphasis on national products liability litigation. Our lawyers have battled major corporations in the courtroom, appellate courts and as far as the U.S. Supreme Court. Our lawyers regularly sit on leadership committees in various mass tort litigations and have participated in the resolution of global settlements in various products liability/mass tort litigations.
