Mike Walsh founded the firm together with his law school classmate Tom Moukawsher under the name Moukawsher & Walsh, LLC. Lincoln Woodard joined the firm in 2001 and Karolina Dowd joined in 2003. In 2013, Attorney Moukawsher was appointed to the Connecticut Superior Court bench and the firm name was changed to Walsh Woodard, LLC.
