Founded in 2005 and led by experienced trial lawyers Betsy Greene & Fred Schultz, Greene & Schultz has an extensive statewide practice. Both are Past Presidents of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and active in the American Association for Justice. Betsy is on the American Association for Justice Board of Governors, Executive Committee, and co-chairs the PAC Development Committee. Betsy has been awarded its Women’s Trial Lawyer Caucus Marie Lambert Award (2017) and the Howard Twiggs Commitment to Justice Award (2019), and Fred received the New Lawyers Division Scott Baldwin Award. (2005). The team at Greene & Schultz focuses on service to clients. In addition to the injury and death trial practice, they have Workers’ Compensation practice. Greene & Schultz welcomes co-counsel arrangements and enjoys collaborating with others. Fred and Betsy are frequent speakers at legal education programs, including the American Association for Justice. On the faculty of the Trial Lawyers College since 2010, Betsy teaches trial skills across the country.
